Forklift diesel engine valve guides have to work in high temperature working condition with poor lubrication. They are generally made of graphite-containing cast iron or iron-based powder metallurgy to improve self-lubricating performance.
Common Faults Of Forklift Engine Valve Guides:
There is generally a clearance of 0.05 ~ 0.12mm between the valve stem and the valve guide, so that the valve stem can move freely in the guide. If the gap between the valve stem and the valve guide is too small, it will easily lead to valve stick biting and poor sealing, which will cause valve burn and reduce power and economy performance. Too larger valve guide clearance will increase oil consumption and produce blue smoke, the engine valve seating is not stable, and the tightness is reduced.
