Product Description

Forklift Hydraulic Transmission Case Structure

The top surface of the forklift hydraulic transmission case has a window, which is the installation surface of the control valve. The other end face of the forklift hydraulic transmission housing is the mounting surface of the torque converter housing. The lower part of the forklift torque converter housing has a first horizontal oil passage hole, a vertical oil passage hole, a second horizontal oil passage hole, and a step hole for a tubular filter element.

This forklift hydraulic transmission case structure is advanced and designed to shorten the oil suction line and improve the oil suction efficiency.  It reduces the failure rate and increases the service life of the forklift hydraulic transmission system.

The control valve is installed on the upper end of the forklift gearbox housing, and the other end is the mounting surface of the torque converter housing. The gearbox housing is generally made of cast iron, and its high strength and rigidity can well ensure the safety and reliability of the gearbox. It also has good noise and vibration suppression capabilities. This gearbox housing is suitable for HELI and Hangcha 2-3T forklifts with good versatility.
