Fuel Supply Process of Forklift Engine Fuel Injection Pump:
The diesel supply devices include a diesel tank, an oil transfer pump, a low-pressure fuel pipe, a diesel filter, an injection pump, a high-pressure fuel pipe, an injector, and an oil return pipe. The diesel is drawn into the fuel pump from the diesel tank and pumped out. After filtering out impurities through the diesel filter, it enters the fuel injection pump. The high-pressure diesel output by the fuel injection pump is injected into the combustion chamber through a high-pressure fuel pipe and an injector. Because the fuel supply of the infusion pump is much larger than the fuel supply of the injection pump, the excess diesel is returned to the fuel pump through the oil return pipe.
The oil pressure in the oil path from the diesel tank to the inlet of the fuel injection pump is established by the oil transfer pump, and the output pressure of the oil transfer pump is generally 0.15MPa ---- 0.3MPa, so this section of the oil line is called low pressure oil line. The low-pressure oil circuit is only used to supply filtered fuel to the injection pump. The oil pressure in the oil circuit from the fuel injection pump to the fuel injector is established by the fuel injection pump, which is generally above 10 MPa. Therefore, this oil circuit is called a high pressure oil circuit. The high-pressure diesel is sprayed into the combustion chamber in the form of a mist through an injector and mixed with air to form a combustible gas mixture.
