Three Precision Couplers of Fuel System of Forklift Diesel Engine
Forklift diesel engine has three precision couplers of fuel injection nozzles, nozzle valves coupler, and plunger coupler. They are the main components for producing high pressure fuel, so they must have sufficient tightness and abrasion resistance to ensure the formation of fuel pressure. If these parts become worn or malfunction, the fuel injection amount, injection time, and injection rule of the high-pressure fuel pump will change, and the working performance of the diesel engine will deteriorate.
