  1. Begin by removing the brake springs and brake screws at both ends of the forklift tilt cylinder. In some cases, you may also need to unscrew the screws at the top of the cylinder.
  2. Loosen the guide rods on both sides of the forklift tilt cylinder, and then remove the guide rods and forklift seals. Replace them with a new one. When choosing new tilt cylinder seals for the Hangcha forklift, it's advisable to choose the Hangcha genuine parts for optimal sealing performance.
